You can use up to five (5) cards or account numbers per transaction. If your selection requires the use of more than 5 cards, please contact us at 1-800-443-0044 to place your order in person. If the total order is more than your card account balance, secondary payment will be accepted (see Payment Methods).
Inspire Awards makes every effort to ship merchandise ordered within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends, and limited to stock on hand and subject to pickup schedule available via carrier. To cancel an order, please call 1-800-443-0044 between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST, Monday through Friday or via email Zoey@InspireAwards.com. Customers must have return email receipt stating cancellation was received. (see UPS Shipments and Freight Shipments for shipping information).
Refused Orders & Returns
At the discretion of Inspire Awards, a 15% restocking fee plus all freight charges can be applied to the return of refused orders. Inspire Awards does not offer a return policy on products. However, if you would like to request an R.A. to return a product for credit all of the following conditions must be met.
- The product must be unopened.
- The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
- A copy of the original invoice must be provided with the return.
- The product must be current (not discontinued) product.
- If the above conditions are met Inspire Awards will accept the product for return and will issue a credit to your account less a 15% restocking fee and appropriate freight.
Defective and Return Authorizations (R.A.'S)
Before returning any product to Inspire Awards you must call 1-800-423-0044 for an R.A. number. R.A. numbers are valid for fifteen (15) days only. We will accept no returns without a valid R.A. number included on the shipping label. DO NOT WRITE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOXES.
- Be in like-new condition
- Have a serial number
- Returned in original factory carton with all packing materials, accessories, and manuals enclosed with products.
Defectives are to be shipped prepaid freight to Inspire Awards. Inspire Awards will prepay the freight back to you, provided the product is still under manufacturer's warranty. We will either replace or repair defective products at manufacturer's discretion. If a product purchased from Inspire Awards requires repair, we will handle the repair service center contact for you, just call for an R.A. number.
All products sold by Inspire Awards are covered by the individual manufacturer's stated warranty. Please refer to the manuals and warranty cards enclosed with the product. Inspire Awards does not offer any warranty expressed or implied other than the manufacturer's warranty. Inspire Awards will accommodate special orders for product we would not normally carry in stock. Approximate lead time on special order items is 4-6 weeks. All special orders are to be prepaid upon placement of order. Any orders cancelled after manufacturer ships are subject to a 15% restocking fee if order can not be cancelled with manufacturer.
Inspire Awards is a merchant partner in the American Express Incentive Services Program. First form of payment must be made with an Exclusively Yours, Persona, Persona Select, Performance One or Preferences Card.
Secondary forms of payment can be MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Any credits issued by Inspire Awards must be applied to the original account and cannot be transferred.
Inspire Awards ships all standard packages UPS ground. Most UPS ground shipments take an average of one to three business days to deliver. If a preference of Overnight, 2 day or 3 day options are needed, please either select at the time of purchase or contact us at 1-800-443-0044.
All televisions 37" and larger are shipped LTL Carrier, in the continental United States only. Carriers are chosen by earned tariffs and residential/business rates offered. Please read Freight Deliveries below.
INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY immediately upon receipt. Do not sign for visibly damaged freight. Please note any signs of carton damage, questionable or apparent, on all copies of your delivery receipt before signing for package. Please ask your driver to initial notation. Claims & Shipping Discrepancies
Claims due to any cause must be made within five (5) business days from receipt of goods. Examples are: Defective, DOA's and Freight Damage. We want to assure you of the best possible service and although we take the utmost care in being sure we fill your order accurately, if after your receipt and inspection of your order a shipping error is discovered please contact Inspire Awards and we will correct the problem immediately. Please contact us within three (3) business days of receipt of order with any shipping errors or discrepancies.
All Costs, Models, and Model Availability are subject to change. Shipping, Delivery, and Handling Costs are subject to change. Inspire Awards is not liable for errors or miscalculations of freight costs due to third party providers and/or online quotes.
